Warm-up:

10 minutes:

Start with an empty barbell and add weight every round.

1 Muscle-Snatch + 3 Drop Snatch (absolutely no heave)

WL:

1) 2-position Snatch: 70x1x4 (hang, and mid hang)

2) 2-position Clean + 2 Jerk: 70x1x4 (hang and hang below knee)

Conditioning:

50 HSPU (kipping)

50 Toe-to-bar

50 Dubs

50 KB Snatches
