Active recovery:

Run, row, bike, or swim 20-60 minutes at a conversational pace (140-150 BPM). Also a good day to spend an hour stretching (after workout or warm-up), or playing a sport you've never played before.

Also a good day to hit up some of the postural restoration exercises from the last six weeks.
