Warm-up:

10x 90/90 breaths

10x World’s Greatest Stretch (5 each side)

20x Leg swings each leg

Weightlifting:

1) Alternating EMOM for 12 minutes

3 Power CJ (65x3x3, 70x3x3, of 1RM Power CJ)

12 Lateral burpees over the bar

Conditioning:

50 Burpees

20 Front Squat at 60% of 1RM 

50 Burpees
