A 30 minute practice geared to those who practice Cross Fit, but also beneficial for athletes of most any kind. Open the shoulders, stretch out the lower body, and find some therapy for the body in release. *Always practice safely.

Do some yoga today. This is a nice 30-minute practice you can do at home. Before you start, figure out a "safe position" you can go to if a pose gets too intense or doesn't feel right. Child's pose and downward dog are my safe positions, but any pose you can feel comfortable in for a long time is good, even if it's mountain pose.
