2A) 5X8 Windmill (8 each arm, light-to medium heavy)

2B) 5X3 TGU (3 each arm UB, AHAP)

2C) 5X40M Sled drag (20m forwards, 20m backwards, slow marching pace AHAP)

2D) 5X200M Farmer’s Carry AHAP, if you have to drop the KB, it’s too heavy

Try to keep HR between 130 and 160 BPM, little to no rest between sets, if possible
