1:00 Breathing in Hollow Position (expanding and contracting belly and ribcage) 

10 Air squats

10 Leg swings each leg

10x World’s greatest stretch (5 each side)

10 Downward dog + push-up

10 Front-squats with empty BB

Strength:

1) Find a 1RM FS

Conditioning:

2) 20” AMRAP:

Run 800m

10 Turkish-get-ups, alternating arms, AHAP with perfect form
