Warm-up:

Muscle Snatch up to a heavy triple.

WL:

1) 2-position Snatch: 63x1x4 (hang and mid hang)

2) 2-position Clean + 2 Jerk after last clean: 63x1x4 (power position and hang)

Conditioning:

3) 10” AMRAP:

10 Kipping Pull-ups (advanced do chest-to-bar pull-ups and stick to it the entire 10 minutes)
